Introduction

I was subjected to manifestations of intimidation that made it clear to me I was being treated as if I were involved in the Mocro Maffia and other forms of serious crime. I was also linked to paedophilia and murder.

I associate these events with severe harm to my mental health, businesses, financial position, reputation and trust in the Dutch rule of law. For years I tried to obtain clarity through complaints, letters, access requests and legal proceedings. To date, that clarity has not been forthcoming.

I am furious. I am frustrated beyond words. The Public Prosecution Service (OM) is making a mess of my life. I feel helpless because of the way they are handling my case. That is why I am making my story public.

Suspect

From 2017 onwards I was harassed almost daily for roughly three years. During that period communication with me took place in various ways, including through digital systems, images, texts and other expressions directed squarely at me and my personal circumstances.

I was treated as a suspect of participation in the Mocro Maffia. In addition I was linked to paedophilia, murder and other serious criminal offences.

These characterisations were extraordinarily burdensome for me. As far as I know, I was never explained on what facts, data or legal basis these accusations rested. Nor was I informed in a normal and transparent manner about any suspicion, investigation or formal procedure in which I could defend myself against such accusations.

That placed me in an almost impossible position. The OM let this happen. They watched. They did nothing. And now I am the one left to pick up the pieces.

When someone is formally suspected, legal procedures exist for that. A suspect must know what he is accused of and must be able to defend himself legally. In my situation I was confronted with messages, actions and serious characterisations while, at the same time, no openness was given about their possible origin.

I did not know what data about me were circulating. I did not know who had collected or disseminated these data. I did not know which Dutch or foreign authorities were involved.

As a result, I did not know what I was supposed to defend myself against. The OM was supposed to protect my rights. They failed. They failed completely.

Digital intimidation and psychological pressure

At first the events seemed like isolated technical problems.

Accounts behaved strangely. Access to systems became unstable. Digital services I needed for my work and businesses suddenly no longer functioned reliably or predictably. My digital environment became unsafe and unstable.

These events had a great impact on my life: I became increasingly depressed, anxious and suicidal. By manipulating me with psychological pressure, digital means and systematic harassment, my life was made increasingly unliveable.

What initially looked like technical disruption grew into a pattern of systematic intimidation. It was not a single incident but a series of events stretching over years that gave me the feeling of being permanently watched.

I was confronted with what I understood as false accusations of paedophilia and murder. I did not receive them through a formal charge or legal proceeding, but interpreted indirect messages, digital expressions and allusions in that way.

These expressions seemed intended to gauge my reactions. I had the feeling that I was constantly being spied on and that all my digital communication was being monitored, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This communication had an extremely intimidating and psychologically disruptive character for me. It was without doubt one of the most profoundly disruptive periods of my life.

Over time this process took over my entire life. And where was the OM? Nowhere. They did nothing to stop it. They did nothing to investigate. They left me to rot.

Homophobia and humiliation

Expressions were directed at me that used my sexual orientation in a humiliating and hateful way to break me down. It was not about one-off remarks but a systematic deployment of homophobia as a means of intimidation and psychological pressure. It was not a single isolated incident. It was a recurring pattern that continued almost daily for about three years.

Allusions were made to my sexuality that were meant to isolate, shame and break me. These expressions did not come from citizens among themselves but had an unofficial, institutional character. It was as if my sexual identity was being used as evidence against me — as if being homosexual was in itself a suspicious trait.

I found it particularly shocking that the stereotype of young gay men ('twinks') was linked, in the communication I experienced, to paedophilia. In my experience a harmful and discriminatory stereotype was thereby used that wrongly associates homosexuality with serious criminal offences. Such expressions are not only hurtful, but can also contribute to stigmatisation, reputational damage and further psychological burden.

The OM was informed. The OM knew. And the OM did nothing. That silence is itself a form of complicity.

Thailand file

A particularly serious part of my dossier concerns Thailand.

I reviewed documents and information in Thailand that I understood to describe me as a paedophile, mafia member and murderer. I believe some of this material originated in the Netherlands and was shared with Thai authorities. I can describe what I inspected, but I cannot independently establish its provenance, purpose or every authority involved.

In my reading, these records contained accusations connected to information from the Netherlands. I say that I was treated in Thailand as a dangerous criminal and paedophile, while I was not informed of a formal suspicion, prosecution or proceeding in which I could challenge the information.

This led me to allege that Dutch authorities — in my view potentially including the police or Public Prosecution Service — may have shared personal data and information about me that I believe was false. The provenance, accuracy, recipients and legal basis require independent investigation.

I experienced the situation as a serious threat to my safety. The OM's failure to act on this is, in my view, a disgrace.

The Recuva discovery

One of the most important digital events in my dossier concerns the digital working environment in which I worked at the time.

To my experience it seemed I was working locally on my own hard drive and cloud environment. Later, however, I became convinced that this environment had in reality been redirected to a server under the control of the police. This gave me the suspicion that my digital activities could be monitored while I believed I was working exclusively on my own systems.

On this environment I used Recuva.

Recuva is software with which deleted files can be recovered. My sole aim was to restore files that had been lost or accidentally deleted. I declare that this is an event I personally experienced. I make this statement in truth and am prepared to explain it further, together with the available documentation, in legal proceedings.

During this recovery process, however, I not only got my own files back. I also found complete dossiers, including documents, photos, videos, text files, names, locations and data that, to my impression, related to police investigations, police officials, undercover agents, suspects, witnesses and other operational information.

At that moment I realised that, instead of exclusively recovering my own files, I had gained access to an environment much larger than my own workspace. I had unintentionally been given sight of material that was not intended for me and that, in my conviction, came from a police-managed environment.

I am prepared to testify about this and to explain the technical details of this situation further in legal proceedings. The OM should have investigated this. They did not. That failure speaks for itself.

Complaints that disappeared

I have sent more than one hundred letters to various authorities. In addition I have filed online reports five times on politie.nl, regarding threats, intimidation and systematic harassment.

To my astonishment these digital reports seemed to disappear from the system roughly one day after submission. For me it then seemed as if the reports had never been filed. I have also tried three times to file a report in person at the Burgwallen police station. In my experience I was not given the opportunity to have my report formally and fully recorded.

The right to file a report is of great importance. When a citizen wishes to report possible criminal acts by or within the police, that report must be handled carefully, verifiably and independently.

This is a fundamental part of the rule of law. The OM's refusal to take my reports seriously is a betrayal of everything the rule of law is supposed to stand for. I am furious. I am exhausted. And I am done waiting.

The psychological consequences

As a result of the police conduct and the intimidation as I experienced it, I was suicidal for years. I suffered daily from nightmares, severe attacks of frustration, outbursts of rage, periods in which I spoke aloud to myself and other serious psychological complaints. I have discussed these complaints with my general practitioner and psychologists on several occasions. Medical reports have been drawn up of these treatments and conversations.

I experience prolonged depressive periods, feelings of anxiety, despair and constant tension. At my darkest moments I was so depressed that I considered ending my life.

In addition I have been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

I associate the events described above with serious and prolonged psychological harm and a profound effect on my daily functioning, social life, businesses and future prospects. The medical and legal assessment of causation is for qualified independent professionals. But I know what the OM's inaction has done to me. I live with it every single day.

Family and friends

The psychological consequences of these events were not only experienced by me but also observed by people in my immediate surroundings. They saw at close hand how my mental health deteriorated over the years and what impact the constant stress, anxiety and uncertainty had on my daily life.

My father and my sister have had to intervene several times to protect me from myself. They saw how I slowly sank into a dark period that I could not bear alone. J.B., former Queen's Commissioner in Gelderland, also personally committed himself to supporting and helping me. I am convinced that without the support of my family, J.B. and other people in my immediate surroundings I would not have survived this period.

In support of this I have written statements from my father, J.B. and my former employees S.S. and T.d.K.

The financial consequences

As a result of these events I lost almost everything. I lost my businesses Bioherby, CollagenNow and XBORDER, my financial security, my sense of safety, my positivity and a large part of the life I had built for myself.

These businesses represented years of entrepreneurship, innovation and international ambitions. Due to the events I describe in this document, these efforts have been largely lost.

On the basis of the available historical turnover figures, growth percentages, profit margins, contractual arrangements, market developments and comparable businesses, a reasoned scenario analysis can be made with the help of AI of the possible value my businesses would have had in July 2026 had their development not been interrupted.

Financial substantiation — Bioherby

Bioherby was a business focused on the production and distribution of high-quality dietary supplements. The business had a strong focus on quality, innovation and customer satisfaction. Bioherby's products were sold through its own websites and through Amazon FBA in Germany and the United States, and a network of distributors in various countries.

Bioherby's turnover growth was supported by a strong international marketing strategy, an extensive network of distributors and a growing customer base. I can provide all relevant financial data, contracts and correspondence demonstrating Bioherby's growth and success; all customer data, sales figures, marketing campaigns and international distribution agreements are documented and can be inspected.

Between 2016 and 2019 Bioherby was in a strong growth phase. My financial records show that the business exhibited exceptional year-on-year turnover growth. Turnover developed exponentially, pointing to a business with considerable international growth potential. (+800% between 2017 and 2018.)

Financial substantiation — CollagenNow

In 2017 I was in talks with D.G., Managing Partner Asia Pacific, about introducing the brand to the Asian market. The email correspondence shows that work was underway on a distribution track for approximately 300 shops in Hong Kong. Discussions took place about pricing, distribution, marketing, POS materials, the website and the further commercial rollout of the brand.

In the same correspondence D.G. expresses his enthusiasm about the product, the packaging and the commercial potential. He writes that the samples received exceeded his expectations and that he is convinced that Collagen Now has a strong chance of success on the Asian market.

This correspondence shows that Collagen Now was no longer in a concept phase but was developing towards international commercial distribution, supported by concrete talks, product presentations, marketing materials and preparations for market introduction.

Financial substantiation — XBORDER

At the same time I was developing XBORDER, an international technology platform aimed at cross-border digital services. As part of the international strategy, six American trademark applications were filed in 2017, including XBORDER, XBO, XPAY, XVOTE and XFUND.

These trademark applications are objective evidence of the international ambitions and development of the platform. They can be found publicly in the registrations of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

HBO Cybersecurity

In order to investigate the alleged hack, digital intimidation and data processing myself, I started the Cybersecurity programme at the Hogeschool van NL in 2023. I completed this HBO programme with good results in 2025, with an average grade of 8.02.

This programme gave me not only technical knowledge but also insight into digital traces, access rights, data processing, log files and forensic investigation. I learned that digital systems record actions and that many events can be technically reconstructed, provided relevant data have not been deleted or destroyed.

Right to recovery and compensation

My businesses represented more than just income. They formed my life's work, my future prospects and the result of years of investment in time, knowledge, development, marketing, international contacts and intellectual property.

Due to the years of psychological pressure and digital disruption I became decreasingly able to continue my businesses normally. Time and energy that I should have spent on growth, customers and product development were lost to security, investigation, correspondence, legal proceedings and attempts to obtain help.

The damage therefore potentially consists of both actual losses suffered and missed business opportunities and future damage.

It is my legal position that Dutch authorities may have acted unlawfully in several respects. I ask a competent independent body or court to determine that question on the evidence.

  • lost income and profit
  • compensation for reputational damage
  • loss of earning capacity: future damage
  • compensation for medical and psychological damage
  • compensation for immaterial damage and pain money
  • statutory interest from the legally relevant moment
  • damage to and loss of value of my businesses
  • legal, treatment, investigation and expert costs
  • compensation for loss of value or demise of the businesses

Responsibility of the Public Prosecution Service

I demand that the Public Prosecution Service (OM) investigate and account for any unlawful acts that may have occurred in this matter. In my view, questions about the integrity of criminal investigations and the protection of citizens against unlawful government conduct require transparent, independent assessment and an appropriate response where wrongdoing is established.

The OM has failed me. The OM has failed its duty. The OM has let this drag on for years without resolution, without transparency, without accountability. I feel frustrated and helpless because of the way they are handling my case. That failure is not accidental — it is a choice. A choice to look away. A choice to do nothing. A choice to let a citizen drown while they watch.

Under Dutch law I reserve the right to claim full compensation, damages and legal restoration. This includes, where applicable, compensation for the psychological, financial, social and personal damage I have suffered as a result.

The data is mine

The data at the centre of this dossier is mine. It concerns my personal life, my businesses, my digital environment and my body. No institution, no police force and no authority has the right to use my data against me in secret, without transparency, without due process and without my knowledge.

I demand full access to all data collected, processed and shared about me — by the Dutch police, the Public Prosecution Service, Thai authorities and any other body involved. I demand to know who received what, on what legal basis, and with what consequences.

This is not a request. It is a right. The data is mine. I will confront those responsible — in the courts, in the press, in the streets and in public — until I receive the clarity, accountability and redress that the rule of law demands.

Protest actions

What happened to me is not only a personal tragedy. This case shows the profound consequences that can arise when government powers are applied outside the boundaries of the rule of law or are insufficiently controlled.

For years I tried to obtain clarity and justice through the regular legal and administrative channels. I filed complaints, submitted Woo requests, sent letters and held conversations with various authorities.

In my experience this has not led to the clarity I had hoped for. The OM has made a mess of my life and I am done waiting for them to fix it. That is why I am now opting for a public, peaceful approach. These actions are intended to draw attention to alleged government wrongdoing, the reported impact of intimidation and abuse of power, and the importance of transparency, accountability and legal redress.

During WorldPride 2026 we plan to use playful actions, street theatre and art and wall expression as peaceful forms of protest and social awareness. With humour, art and visibility we will draw attention to reported homophobia, intimidation, abuse of power and alleged government wrongdoing.
