GayJustice.org is an independent public-interest initiative of Stichting Vrijheid & Gelijkheid (Freedom & Equality Foundation) in the Netherlands.

Our purpose

We publish accessible information about LGBTQ+ rights, equal treatment, discrimination and legal protection. We also document personal accounts and examine questions of institutional accountability.

Our work separates personal testimony, allegations, legal analysis and established facts. Where possible, we link to primary sources and official procedures.

What this website does not do

GayJustice.org is not a law firm, police authority, complaints body or emergency service. Its publications provide general information and do not constitute individual legal advice or representation.
