Purpose

The GayJustice forum is a moderated community for LGBTQ+ rights, legal help, police accountability and mutual support in the Netherlands. It is not a substitute for professional legal advice, therapy or emergency services.

Pre-moderation

New posts and replies by members are reviewed before they appear publicly. Once a user's posts are consistently approved, they can be promoted to the Trusted group and publish without pre-approval.

Safety and confidentiality

Do not share full names, addresses, phone numbers or identifying details of third parties. Use private legal channels for evidence that may be used in court or official complaints.

Respect and accuracy

Be civil. Distinguish personal experience from verified fact. Avoid language that could be used to harass, dox or threaten anyone.

Moderation actions

Moderators may edit tags, hide or lock posts, suspend accounts, or require changes before approving content. Repeated or serious violations may result in loss of posting privileges.
